Production Operative

Production Operative – Aston Clinton, Aylesbury

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client’s busy production team based in Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking for an, ongoing position working Monday to Friday.

Location: Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury

Hours: Monday to Friday 14:30pm to 23:00pm

Pay: £13.45 per hour, holiday pay accrued, PAYE Contract

The Role

As a Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Working efficiently as part of a busy production line
• Handling products as they move through the production process
• Checking products and labels to ensure they meet the required standards
• Packing finished items into boxes from the production line
• Loading and unloading items from the production line
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying any issues or discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area
• Following company procedures, production processes and health & safety guidelines
• Working as part of a team to ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• A good level of attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety

You must be comfortable working on a production line and carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy throughout your shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work with consistent hours.
