Novara People are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business.Our client manufactures specialist products supplied to a variety of industries across the UK. They are known for producing high-quality products and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their production team.This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you''ll be involved in different stages of the production process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating production machinery safely and efficientlyPreparing raw materials ready for productionMixing and assembling products in line with production instructionsFilling, sealing and packaging finished productsCarrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing processLabelling finished goods ready for dispatchKeeping production records up to date where requiredMaintaining a clean, tidy and organised work areaFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting other production departments as requiredSkills:Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essentialA positive attitude and willingness to learnGood attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual and hardworkingAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing ..... full job details .....
