Production Operative

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team. This role involves working on a production line packing grains, seeds, and similar agricultural products, ensuring all items are processed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery to fill bags with grains and seeds
• Weighing and checking products to ensure accuracy
• Sewing and sealing bags using industrial sewing equipment
• Inspecting finished products for quality and defects
• Stacking and palletising completed bags
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
