ISQ Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing business in North Norfolk, currently looking to expand their team with reliable, hands-on individuals who are ready to learn and get stuck in.
 
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, with full training provided from day one.
What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet set standards
• Keeping accurate records and completing inspection logs
• Working closely with your team to help resolve any issues on the line
• Supporting ongoing improvements in processes and output

What we're looking for:

• No previous manufacturing experience needed - just a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
• A team player who can also work independently when needed
• Own transport is a must due to the shift pattern and rural location
