Production Operative Location: L34 Pay Rate: 12.71ph Shifts: 7am-7pm / 7pm- 7am (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts) Days: 4-on-4-off Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. You will work on the production line assorting stock into correct boxes. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate various machinery and equipment involved in the production process. Conduct regular inspections of stock to ensure product quality Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing/production environment is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
