Production Operative - Nights

About The Role Our Client is seeking Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team on an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following the temporary assignment. The successful candidates will support manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and effectively. Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process. Carry out quality inspections and checks to ensure standards are met. Pack, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch. Work towards production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality. Follow all health and safety procedures and site guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised working environment. Support colleagues and assist with general production duties as required. About You Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, motivated, and punctual. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Committed to safe working practices and high standards. Benefits 13.34 per hour. Night shift working pattern.
