Production Operative - Nights

About The Role
Our Client is seeking Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team on an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following the temporary assignment.

The successful candidates will support manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carry out quality inspections and checks to ensure standards are met.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Work towards production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Support colleagues and assist with general production duties as required.

About You

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, motivated, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to safe working practices and high standards.
