Location: Little Melton, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £13.95 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

About the Role

Select Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company (non-meat). You’ll be joining a busy, fast-moving production environment where reliability and teamwork are key.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking steady night shift work and enjoying long weekends every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Checking product quality to ensure standards are met
• Packing and labelling finished goods
• Keeping work areas clean and maintaining hygiene standards
• Following all health and safety guidelines
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

• Previous production or factory experience is helpful but not essential
