Production Operative - Nights no weekends

Production Operative - Night Shift (No weekend working) Location: RUNCORN Reports to: Production Manager Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 6:20 AM (finishing Friday morning) Purpose of the Role: To manufacture fluoropolymer coatings to the highest quality standards, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all production guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture products according to IFS Shop Orders and Process Control System instructions.Report any quality issues or shortages of materials to the Production/Shift Manager promptly.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.Operate FLT safely and complete daily checks.Maintain equipment cleanliness in line with 5S standards.Support daily audit data collection as per SQCPD requirements.Follow health and safety policies and risk assessments.Promote a safe working environment within the team.Perform additional duties as required by management.Comply with the company''s code of conduct and policies. Requirements: Essential: Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Good organisational abilities.
