Production Operatives Required - Night ShiftWe''re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Watton.Job Role: Production OperativeLocation: WattonShift: 10:00pm - 6:00amPay Rate: 14.05 per hourShift Pattern: Night shiftsEmployment: Ongoing, with the opportunity for a permanent positionThe RoleWorking as part of a busy production team, you''ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site.Duties may include:Setting up and maintaining production equipmentMaintaining changeover parts and spares when not in useCarrying out basic preventative maintenance tasks with area ownershipRecording all downtime and repairs on downtime sheets, in conjunction with the maintenance teamRisk assessing duties as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided. We''re looking for people who are:Reliable, punctual and task focusedComfortable working night shifts and at paceAble to work unsupervisedA good team player with a positive ''can-do'' attitudeAble to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingThorough, with good attention to detailAware of the consequences of failing to complete dutiesKnowledgeable in using basic hand toolsTrained in Basic Food Hygiene (external or equivalent in-house training)Knowledgeable of HandS legislation, with a strong commitment to compliance and safe working practicesVery occasional weekend working may be required.Overtime is paid at double ..... full job details .....
