Production Operative Night Shift

Impact Recruitment are looking for two permanent production operatives to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role offers full training, you just simply need a great attitude and the ability to drive to get to their site. Any hands on experience would be beneficial. This is a night shift vacancy that involves training on a day shift for serveral months. You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.Role: Production Operative Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm for training and Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am once trainedPay: 13.48 (Day shift) 17.53 (Night Shift once trained) Location: Northampton (Rural location)Daily Duties:Operating and using manufacturing equipment Ensure all equipment is always kept cleanConfirming paperwork making sure they are correctWorking to strict procedures and processesUsing raw materials to manufacture productsMaking sure completed jobs are quality checkedComplete paperwork as requiredEnsuring all health and safety procedures are followedSkills and Knowledge requiredProduction or manufacturing experience is prefered but not essential Enthusiastic and keen to learn Excellent self-motivation Good IT skills and literacyExcellent Numeracy skillsMust be able to drive to get to site If you are interested in this opportunity then please apply with an up to date CV.
