Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated Production Operators to join our food manufacturing team to work Friday and Saturday nights.

These roles involve working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality food products.

The ideal candidate MUST have manufacturing or production experience and will possess a strong understanding of food safety standards, mechanical knowledge, and basic mathematical skills.

Duties:

• The successful applicants will learn how to operate and maintain our new tablet presses and capsule filling machines whilst following strict GMP guidelines.
• We are looking for candidates that are able to follow instructions precisely, monitor machines to ensure high batch quality, work efficiently and meet output targets.
• You must be able to work independently, taking responsibility for the quality of your output whilst supporting the wider team.
• Please note this is a role that requires lifting and standing for extended periods.

Weekend Work: Working hours are over 4 shifts: Friday 10pm - 6.30am and Saturday 10pm - 6.30am.

Weekend Rates of Pay are: £15 per hour daytime/lates +25% uplift for night shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is desirable
• Must have a basic understanding of food production processes and machinery operation.
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good numeracy skills for recording data accurately and performing basic calculations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment.
