Production or manufacturing experience is essential for this role. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and operating machinery. Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards. Packing finished products. Following production and health & safety procedures. Working as part of a busy manufacturing team. Regular manual handling and lifting of products weighing approximately 7–20kg per pack. What We''re Looking For Previous production or manufacturing experience – essential.
