Production OperativeLocation: Thanet We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Production Operative to work in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the production and testing of specialised equipment.These are hands-on roles suited to reliable, practical individuals who are comfortable following processes, working to instructions and carrying out repetitive production tasks.The RoleYou will support different stages of the manufacturing process.Testing OperativeCarry out factory testing of the finished product throughout the working day.Follow established testing procedures and instructions.Help ensure the products are processed correctly and efficiently.Machine OperativeLoad the products into the machine.Start and monitor the machine cycle.Remove the products once processing is complete.Stack neatly onto trays ready for testingRepeat the process throughout the shift.Training and Working HoursOnce trained and confident to work independently, the hours will be 6:00am-3:00pm Monday to Thursday with an 11.00am finish on FridayWhat We''re Looking ForReliable, punctual and hardworking individuals.Good attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production work.Willingness to learn and work independently once trained.New Appointments Group, Expertly Matching Employers and Jobseekers since 1975.Before submitting your CV, please take a moment to check the layout, spelling, and grammar.
