We have a excellent opportunity for you based in the Dover area.The Role:As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in keeping the manufacturing process running smoothly. Working as part of a skilled team, your duties will include:Operating production machinery including cutting, extrusion, and laminating equipmentMonitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiencyCarrying out quality checks on finished productsHandling aluminium and steel composite materials safelyCompleting basic machine checks and reporting any faultsFollowing strict health and safety procedures and wearing required PPEMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe production areaWorking with colleagues to achieve daily production targetsShift Pattern:4 days on / 4 days offRotating day and night shifts5:45am/pm - 6:15pm/am40.25 hours per weekMonday to Sunday working patternWhat We''re Looking For:A reliable and positive attitudeWillingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environmentGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow instructions and work safelyGood communication skills and enough English to understand safety proceduresPrevious production or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is providedIf you are hardworking, reliable, and ..... full job details .....
