This role has come up due to an internal move, so you''ll be stepping into an established team and setup.You''ll be working either 06:00-15:00 or 07:00-16:00, carrying out a mix of hands-on production work including moulding, powder coating, assembly and packaging. It''s a fast-paced environment where quality and output both matter.What you''ll be doing:Running production processes including moulding, assembly, coating and packingKeeping machines running and reporting any issues quicklyWorking to daily targets and KPIsMaking sure all products meet quality standards (right first time)Following health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting continuous improvement and lean practicesKeeping your work area clean, organised and safeHelping out across other areas of production when neededWhat they''re looking for:Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAny experience with assembly machinery is a bonusSomeone who can work at pace without cutting corners on qualityReliable, hands-on and willing to get stuck inComfortable working to targets and structured processesWhat success looks like:Consistent output and hitting targetsHigh quality work with minimal errorsMachines running efficiently with minimal downtimeGood overall contribution to the team and production flowThis is a solid ..... full job details .....
