Production Operative

Location: Lympne
Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client''s busy manufacturing team based in Lympne.

This is a hands-on, physical role working across different stages of the manufacturing process. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn new skills and develop within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and handling materials for production.
• Assisting with the operation of machinery and equipment.
• Cutting materials to the required specifications.
• Finishing products through cleaning, polishing and quality checks.
• Moving products between different stages of production.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

About you

• Comfortable undertaking physical work and manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around machinery.
• A good eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training is provided.
• The role involves manual handling of large materials, with team lifting required where appropriate.
• Full training provided.
