Production Operative

Multitask Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting reliable, motivated, and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing team in Leyland.

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks for successful candidates. The company offers excellent long-term career prospects and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of a busy production line. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production environment

• Labelling and packaging finished products with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Palletising goods and preparing orders for dispatch

• Supporting general production and packing duties as required

• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times

Working Hours

Flexibility across shifts is highly desirable:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm

• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
