It''s perfect for someone with hands-on experience in metal finishing, casting, or similar environments.Grit Blaster - Level 1 - Using compressed air machinery and grit blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts to customer specifications.Double Days Shift times: Monday to Friday week 1 (Apply online only) week 2 and (Apply online only).Night shift times: Sunday to Thursday, 9:35 PM 5:45 AM.Polisher Main Responsibilities Carry out polishing tasks including:Aerofoil (basic and complex)Radius (basic and complex)Edge finishing (leading/trailing)Core exit flash removalInter vane and shroud polishingDeburring using small and large power grindersUse precision measuring tools to check and adjust componentsSelect and replace polishing belts as needed Grit Blaster Main Responsibilities Operate grit blasting machinery to clean metal componentsSet and monitor blast pressure to ensure safe and effective cleaningLoad and unload parts securely into machinesFollow all health and safety procedures and work instructionsScan parts and update job progress using in-house computer systemsWork from data sheets to ensure correct processing of quantitiesReport defects or equipment issues to the supervisor How to ApplyCall (phone number removed), press option 2, and ask for Freddie ..... full job details .....
