Production OperativeBridgwater £12.21 - £14.65 per hour Rotating Shifts Monday to Friday Temporary to PermanentIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing site in Bridgwater.Due to the location, you must have your own transport.Training will take place during the first four weeks on day shifts, paid at £12.21 to £12.71 per hour. After training, you will move onto a rotating shift pattern.The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm one week and 2 pm - 10 pm the following week, paid at £14.65 per hour.Key Duties:Work within a manufacturing and production environment.Operate machinery and production equipment as required.Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all work.Work collaboratively as part of a production team.Follow health and safety procedures at all times.Requirements:Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential.Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to work.Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.Willingness to learn with full training provided.Ability to follow health and safety procedures.Own transport required due to location.What We Offer:Training provided during the first four weeks on day shifts.Immediate starts available.No weekend work.Opportunities for overtime once trained.Potential for a permanent role following a successful probation period.Bridgwater location.Interested?If you''re reliable, ..... full job details .....
