This is a hands-on role supporting the manufacture of high-quality composite boats, with a focus on producing and preparing moulded components to meet production schedules and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, finishing and inspection of moulded composite parts. Prepare mouldings for the next stages of production. Support the bonding and assembly of composite boat structures. Carry out cutting, grinding and flow coating to achieve a high-quality finish. Build sub-assemblies as required. Support other areas of the manufacturing process when needed. Assist in the training and development of new production operatives where appropriate. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Work in accordance with all health and safety procedures and company policies.
