Responsibilities of the Production Operative Carry out tasks in a safe and compliant fashion in line with HandS policies Demonstrate safe and competent operational use of tools and bench systems Ensure a high standard of work practices in the product for the electro/mechanical orders and tasks Comprehend and communicate/execute engineering drawings and work instructions Encourage an open dialogue of communication professionally with in-house teams and 3rd party stakeholders Look to improve own knowledge with the company training course Be proactive in driving standards and practices ..... full job details .....
