Production Operative

Red Rock Partnership Ltd are looking for experienced Food Production Operatives, who don''t mind a hands-on and fast paced environment! This is a FULL-TIME role, and you must be able to work 5 days a week. Location: Caistor Shift Pattern - Various shift patterns available, see below: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 4pm Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm 4 on x 4 off - 5:30am - 18:00 Pay rate: £12.71 per hour, OT paid at time and a half, bonus incentive for unsocial hours and weekends Responsibilities: Preparing poultry, which includes deboning, mincing, and shaping meat. Loading raw materials onto production lines. Trimming, weighing, and packing products ready for despatch. Grading and labelling products. Manual handling and lifting of equipment or products up to 20kg. About you: Prior food production experience is required however, full training is provided. Basic numeracy skills and a good level of English. A flexible attitude to tasks and ability to work effectively in a team.
