Production Operative

Key Responsibilities:Safely load and unload materials and products within the yard area.Organize and maintain stock, ensuring materials are stored correctly and accessible.Operate yard machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet trucks.Assist with the preparation and dispatch of orders.Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the yard and surrounding areas.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.Support the production team with various tasks as required.Requirements:Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment is preferred.Valid forklift license (counterbalance or reach) is advantageous.Ability to work efficiently and independently.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.Benefits:Competitive salary of 25,000 per annum.Monday to Friday working hours, offering a healthy work-life balance.Opportunities for training and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Potential for career progression within the company. ..... full job details .....
