Production Operatives Nights - TamworthAbout the RoleMET are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site. This role involves working within the copper plating process on printed circuit boards (PCBs), operating both automated machinery and carrying out manual production tasks.Working Hours: Four day week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6am - 6pm 6am until 2pm one per per week £12.84 ph Increasing after probation Key Responsibilities Operating PC-controlled copper plating machinesLoading and managing programs on a computer systemCarrying out manual tasks, including material handlingSafely handling and adding chemicals as requiredSupporting production, testing, and inspection processesOperating machinery involved in PCB production where requiredFollowing all health and safety and quality procedures Requirements Previous experience in a production environment is preferredGood attention to detailReliable and able to work the set shift patternComfortable with a mix of manual and machine-based work Benefits Canteen facilitiesCompany uniform providedOpportunity for temp to permWeekly pay (every ..... full job details .....
