Hours and Shifts:4 on 4 off alternative Days and Nights
Days: 6am-6pm (0600-1800)
Nights: 6pm-6am (1800-0600)

8 Hour Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm/ 10pm-6am
