This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking Production Operative looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful Production Operative will be part of a supportive team and contribute to meeting daily production targets. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery and production equipment as a Production Operative Assembling, packing, and labelling products Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health and safety procedures at all times Working collaboratively with other team members and supervisors Requirements: Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a similar role is desirable but not essential Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with shifts if required What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 £13.00 per hour Ongoing training and development opportunities Friendly and ..... full job details .....
