Production Operative

Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: Wrexham Industrial EstateSalary: £12.30 per hourAbout the RoleWe are recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy food production facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient production and packing of high-quality food products.This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm, including bank holidays as required.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality standards are met by checking products for defects.Operate machinery safely in line with standard operating procedures and risk assessments.Adjust production lines to prevent downtime.Support the production team with loading and unloading materials and products.Maintain accurate records of production activities to meet compliance and legislative requirements.Follow departmental cleaning schedules and assist other functions as needed.Essential RequirementsMinimum 12 months'' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG or food production.Strong attention to detail and quality-focused.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Competent with MS Office.DesirableExperience in FMCG or food production manufacturing (6 months+).Experience in packing and/or high-care production environments.What We OfferOpportunity to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.Scope for personal development and career progression.Rewarding ..... full job details .....
