      <description>Location: Farnborough | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Our client, an industry leader in the aerospace sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join their team in Farnborough on a contract basis.   Key Responsibilities:    Manufacture of new and existing products within the production cells  Assist with problem-solving for new products prior to productionisation  Provide support for new product introduction (NPI)  Identify foolproof tooling requirements  Assist in training operators to ensure high standards of production  Ensure documentation is accurate and legible  Apply and demonstrate problem-solving techniques such as PDCA, cause and effect, and the 5 ''whys'' for continuous improvement  Influence quality improvements through technical innovation  Liaise effectively with the Engineering department    Job Requirements:    Experience in welding, soldering, or brazing, as well as general assembly  Understanding of new product introduction processes  Proficiency in training personnel  Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team  High level of accuracy and commitment to quality work  Understanding and application of problem-solving techniques like PDCA, cause and effect, a...</description>
