      <description>Location: Southampton | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Position: Manufacturing/Production Operative Type: Full-time, Temporary (6 months with strong likelihood for extension) Hours: 37.5 hours per weekShift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday Pay Rate:  £13.41 per hour rising to £13.74 per hour after 12 weeks on Day shift  Our client are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing/Production Operatives to join our expanding team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of products and sub-assemblies. Your role will require manual dexterity and a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:  Assemble and test various products and sub-assemblies. Ensure all products meet quality standards. Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records of production. Work efficiently to meet production targets.  Qualifications:  Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is essential. Background in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
