Main Duties Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts as directed by the Team Leader, maintaining high workmanship and quality standards. Support the preparation of mouldings in line with the production schedule. Assist in the preparation and bonding of boats. Carry out cutting, grinding, and flow coating of bonded boats. Support other areas of the manufacturing process as directed by the line supervisor. Assist in the production of sub-assemblies as required. Support the training of new and existing production operatives where needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation. Operate in full compliance with company Health & Safety procedures and all related company policies. Ancillary Duties Undertake additional duties as required by senior management. Qualifications and Experience Good standard of general education.
