About the Role
Manpower UK is recruiting a Production Operative to join an established client on the outskirts of Skegness (PE24, between Croft and Wainfleet). This permanent, full-time position offers day shifts from 8:00am to 7:00pm, with weekly pay at up to £12.83 per hour. Own transport is essential due to limited access and no public transport links; on-site parking is available. The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key duties will include:
- Working within a production/manufacturing setting
- Packing, sorting, and handling materials
- Lifting larger items when required
- Following health andamp; safety procedures at all times
- Supporting wider team operations during busy periods
- Maintaining productivity and quality standards
What We''re Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required
- Comfortable being on your feet for full-length shifts
Additional Requirements
- Manual handling awareness
- Own transport essential
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods when needed
