Production Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy seafood processing facility. This is a full-time opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for an immediate start for the right candidates.
Location

• Grimsby- Estate Roads
• No public transport links are available to the site

Shift Pattern
Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm. No weekend work required

Pay Rate
£12.97 per hour, rising after a probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing fish products to customer specifications
• Filleting, trimming, grading, packing, and labelling fish products as required/ experience
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health andamp; safety at all times
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Cleaning and maintaining workstations, tools, and equipment
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily production targets
• Working efficiently in a chilled production environment

What We''re Looking For
Experience

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or seafood processing environment is desirable.
• Experience within a production or factory environment is advantageous

Skills andamp; Attributes

• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
• Ability to follow food hygiene and health andamp; safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a chilled, fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
