Production Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to support a busy fish processing site based in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

Location

• Grimsby
  * Site location may require own or reliable transport depending on shift times

Shift Pattern

• Monday - Friday
  * 05:30am - 13:30pm
  * Flexibility required for finish times and occasional Saturdays

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour
  * Overtime paid after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Working with both fresh and frozen fish in a production environment
  * Handling and processing fish products efficiently
  * Supporting general production line operations
  * Maintaining hygiene and safety standards at all times
  * Assisting with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks

What We''re Looking For

Experience
* Previous experience in a similar production or factory role is essential

Skills
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Comfortable working in cold, wet, and chilled environments
* Able to stand for long periods of time
* Reliable, hardworking, and flexible with working hours
* Must be aged 25 or over
