Production Operative

Manpower is currently hiring Operatives to join a busy and fast-moving Site near Stallingborough. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
Location

• Site is based close to Stallingborough
• Own transport is essential (no public transport available)

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly)
Week 1

• Monday - Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
• Friday: 4:00am - 12:00pm

Week 2

• Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am

Pay Rates

• £12.50 per hour
• £13.40 per hour (between 10:00pm - 6:00am)

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Sorting and processing recyclable materials
• Working on a busy production line
• Following strict health andamp; safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

What We''re Looking For
Background

• Experience in warehouse, production or manufacturing is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Fit enough for active, hands-on work
• Flexible to work early mornings and late evenings

Other Essentials

• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Looking for long-term work (not suitable for students or short-term roles)
