Production Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Processing Operative to join a busy recycling facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with the potential for an immediate start for the right candidate. Location Site location requires own or reliable transport Shift Pattern Monday - Friday (6am-2pm/ 3pm-11pm on rotation) 8-hour shifts Shift-based work, which may include weekends Pay Rate 14ph Key Responsibilities Operating machinery to process lead/ acid safely and efficiently Carrying out manual handling and lifting of heavy materials Following all start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment Ensuring correct use of PPE at all times Assisting with loading/unloading materials where required Completing all necessary paperwork and records accurately What We''re Looking For Experience Previous experience in a warehouse, recycling, or industrial environment Skills Strong awareness of health and safety practices Ability to work in a physically demanding role Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new machinery and processes Willingness to work with hazardous and corrosive materials Happy working in a high-temperature environment Mandatory use of specialist PPE, including protective suits and respiratory equipment How to Apply If you are interested in this role please apply online or contact the Grimsby Manpower ..... full job details .....
