Production Operative

Manpower is recruiting Production Operatives to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role involving operating and supporting filling line equipment and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Hourly rate is £15.39ph plus £3.84ph continuous nights premium.

Key Duties:

• Operate filling, boxing, and labelling machinery
• Assist with filling containers, labelling, and palletising goods
• Load/unload production lines to meet schedules
• Follow SOPs, quality, and safety procedures
• Report faults, defects, or production issues
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery
• Previous production experience desirable but not essential

Training andamp; Hours:

• Full training provided (3-6 months)
• Initially 2-shift rotation, moving to permanent nights
• Industrial environment with physical tasks
