Production Operative

Join one of the world''s leading manufacturers at our Northampton site. We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to support our busy low-care factory team.

Key Duties

• Handling wet ingredients in a production environment
• 
  Performing end-of-shift washdowns to maintain hygiene standards.
• 
  Working efficiently within an ambient temperature setting.
• 
  Supporting production and warehouse operations as required.
• 
  Operating a forklift if licensed (Counterbalance FLT licence preferred but not essential).

Shift Details

• Rotating Shifts (Monday-Friday)
• 
  06:00-14:00
• 
  14:00-22:00
• 
  Shift allowance applies for rotating shifts.
• 
  Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday)
• 
  22:00-06:00
• 
  Breaks: 30-minute lunch and a team break
• 
  Hours: 40-hour working week

  • Full induction and training provided onsite on your first day.
  • All PPE will be supplied (you may wear your own safety boots).
