      <description>Location: Grimsby | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy seafood processing facility. This is a full-time opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for an immediate start for the right candidates.Location  Grimsby- Estate Roads No public transport links are available to the site  Shift PatternMonday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm. No weekend work required Pay Rate£12.97 per hour, rising after a probationary period. Key Responsibilities  Preparing and processing fish products to customer specifications Filleting, trimming, grading, packing, and labelling fish products as required/ experience Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process Cleaning and maintaining workstations, tools, and equipment Supporting the wider production team to meet daily production targets Working efficiently in a chilled production environment  What We''re Looking ForExperience  Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or seafood processing environment is desirable.
