You will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling and machining various aerospace components, working from engineering drawings and route cards to produce high-quality finished components that meet strict aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble and weld aerospace components using resistance/seam and automated TIG welding equipment. Work with a range of materials including stainless steel, titanium and Inconel. Form and trim bellows using automated, semi-automated and manual machinery. Work closely with the laboratory to ensure weld testing meets requirements. Work accurately from engineering drawings and route cards. Operate lathes, milling and drilling machines. Maintain required operator verification approvals and follow relevant procedures.
