This is a long term, hands on role supporting the manufacture of customer orders at various stages of the production process. Due to the location and limited public transport, you will need access to your own transport (car or motorcycle). The Pay will be £12.71-£13.75 (Depending on Experience) The role As a Production Operative you will be involved in a varied range of tasks, including: Assisting with cutting, moulding, sanding and spraying materials for customer orders Sorting and placing MDF boards or items onto tables and racks Packaging and labelling orders for delivery or collection in line with the production schedule You will work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and maintaining business performance and quality standards.
