The successful candidate will be responsible for fine grinding components to single-micron tolerances, ensuring all work meets the required quality and specification standards. Key Responsibilities Loading and operating machinery Setting tools, including deburring tools, reamers and grinding wheels Measuring finished components accurately against specifications Recording measurements using computerised SPC systems Monitoring OEE and production performance Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail Following all health and safety procedures at all times Skills and Experience Minimum 1 2 years relevant manufacturing experience or training Experience working to close tolerances Previous machining, grinding or precision manufacturing experience is desirable Computer literate and comfortable using computerised systems Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality Good written and verbal communication skills Well organised and able to work effectively under pressure Strong understanding of health and...
