They are now looking to strengthen their production team with reliable and hardworking individuals.The Role:We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative - Machine Minder to join a busy production team.This is a hands-on role involving regular movement around the production area, monitoring machinery, handling finished products, packing and sorting components, and carrying out visual quality checks.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are processed, checked and packed correctly while maintaining a high standard of quality and housekeeping.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor machinery and ensure production runs smoothlyRegularly move between different areas of the production floorRemove and handle finished productsPack finished products into boxes or loose pack where requiredSort products according to production requirementsCarry out visual quality checks on finished productsIdentify and report any defects or quality issuesFollow instructions and production procedures accuratelyMaintain a clean and tidy working areaFollow all company Health and Safety proceduresWork ..... full job details .....
