These temporary positions are ongoing, with the potential to transition to permanent roles for candidates looking to grow and progress within their role. As a Production Operative / Machine Assistant you will be required to assist in various areas of carton finishing. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the Operator with high value carton production to the highest of standard. • Feeding high speed gluing machines. • Quality control at every stage of the process. • Packing finished cartons into boxes. • General ad hoc tasks as required. Skills, qualifications and/or experience: • A fast learner, with good attention to detail. • Able to work shift patterns. (Days and Nights) • An eye for detail. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work to targets. • Ideally possess experience of either feeding, packing or operating production machinery.
