Production Operative

KPI Recruiting are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client s team at a busy production facility in Nantwich.This is a hands-on role working in a chilled environment, perfect for someone who enjoys active, physical work and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent position.You ll be responsible for handling, picking, packing, and moving cheese products, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety at all times.Key Responsibilities Working in a chilled warehouse environment handling cheese products. Picking, packing, and moving boxes of cheese weighing between 10kg and 20kg. Following all Health and Safety and food hygiene regulations. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Ensuring products are handled carefully and correctly. Reporting any issues or damaged goods to the shift supervisor. Supporting team members to meet production and dispatch targets. Requirements Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg. Previous warehouse or food production experience is desirable but not essential. Must be comfortable working in a chilled environment (protective clothing provided). Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and attention to detail.
