The Role: As a Production Operative, your responsibilities include: Operating and setting up machinery Monitoring production and ensuring quality standards Packaging finished products Following safety regulations at all times Keeping machines running smoothly The successful Production Operative will have: Ideally have previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment. •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. •Previous work experience in a warehouse or factory environment Formal qualifications are not required.
