Production Operative

Kinetic Recruitment are currently seeking Production Operatives, to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company, based within the Flint area.Duties include, but not limited to:Production supportPackaging productsLower-level machine operatingQuality assuranceGeneral factory housekeepingThe client will always aim to train and upskill, at a pace suitable for both the candidate and the business.Ideal candidate:Pro-active and motivatedKeen to learn and develop their skill set within an expanding production facilityGood punctuality and reliabilityCommitment to shift work is essentialTemporary to permanent position for the right candidate, after 12 weeks.Rotating shift pattern:Day shifts starting Monday to Thursday - 06:00 to 18:00Night shifts starting Sunday to Wednesday - 18:00 to 06:00The rate of pay is 13 per hour, reviewed following training and successful probationary period.
