Production OperativeSalary: 26,277.50 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pmLocation: Paddock WoodWe are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Paddock Wood.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop their skills within a supportive team. Full training will be provided, with excellent opportunities for career progression and further development.The RoleAs a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:- Labelling, packing and preparing products for dispatch- Working to production and dispatch schedules- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy- Following Health and Safety procedures and reporting any issues- Working in line with quality and operating procedures- Supporting waste reduction initiatives- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards- Contributing ideas and feedback to improve day-to-day processes- Working effectively as part of a team while also taking responsibility for your own workloadCandidate Profile- Previous manufacturing/production experience- Forklift licence/experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.- Hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment- Able to follow instructions and work independently when required- A good team player with a positive attitude- Comfortable carrying out physically demanding tasks- Numerate and literate with ..... full job details .....
