Production Operative Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operative to join their busy manufacturing environment. Hours of work would be Monday - Friday 3 shifts - 6.15am-2.15pm, 2.15pm-10.15pm, 10.15pm-6.15am 37.5 hours per week. This role operates on a three-shift pattern, Monday to Friday, so flexibility is essential. Key Responsibilities: Loading and unloading machinery Setting and operating factory equipment Carrying out general housekeeping duties Working to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and achieving KPIs Adhering to Health, Safety, and Quality standards at all times Promoting a positive team culture throughout the factory Experience and Skills Required: Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment Evidence of stability and commitment throughout your working career Strong team player with the ability to work independently Punctual, reliable, and hardworking Positive attitude and strong work ethic Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to provide individual feedback.
