Production Operative - We're currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join our client based in, Braintree, Essex on a temp to perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:

This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team that works in a modern, clean, and controlled environment. You’ll be working with intricate products, contributing to a business that’s been going strong for decades—and if all goes well, this could become a long-term position. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. The starting pay rate is £12.71 per hour increasing after 12 weeks.

You’ll be based in a specialised area, typical tasks will include:

• Manually assemble materials or operate machinery
• Working on a production line
• Testing of products
• Prepare products for shipping

Requirements:

• Practical, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with materials like resins and glues
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks within the department
• Committed to health & safety and quality standards
• Own transport is essential due to the location
